Harrold & Kite delivered the redevelopment of a public aquatic centre, incorporating both new construction and refurbishment works to enhance community access and amenity.
This project involved the construction of new facilities including a plant room, kiosk, clubrooms, and amenities block. In parallel, the existing pool was refurbished and a new children’s pool installed to broaden the centre’s recreational offering for all age groups.
Extensive landscaping and associated siteworks were also completed, including improvements to adjacent public lands to ensure seamless integration with the surrounding environment.
