After the original hotel was destroyed by fire, Harrold & Kite was engaged to manage the full demolition and reconstruction of a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly hotel complex. The result was a modern three-storey facility prioritising sustainability, technology, and guest comfort.
A key feature was the integration of solar technology, with panels installed on both the front and rear roof sections to enhance energy efficiency and environmental performance.
To enhance functionality and your experience, the hotel was fitted with a sophisticated C-Bus system and high-quality audio-visual infrastructure. These systems provide centralised control of lighting, audio, and visual elements, contributing to both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
This project not only replaced a lost local asset but elevated it through innovative design and environmentally conscious construction. It showcases Harrold & Kite’s expertise in delivering tech-integrated hospitality projects with precision, collaboration, and a focus on long-term value.
