Project: New Multipurpose Hall, Learning Area and Out of Hours School Care Facility
Architect: Edge Architects
Project Value: $3.70 Mill
Harrold & Kite was engaged by Catholic Education SA to deliver a major redevelopment at St John Bosco School. The project included construction of a new multipurpose hall, flexible learning area, and an Out of Hours School Care (OHSC) facility, complete with associated toilets and bathrooms.
External works featured a new netball and basketball court, two storage sheds, irrigated turf areas, and extensive paving to enhance functionality and outdoor learning. A key infrastructure component was the installation of a complex stormwater disposal system, including underground tanks and a pump station.
Harrold & Kite also extended the site’s fire main from Marion Road to service the new building and future stages of development.
The entire project was completed in approximately nine months, on time and within budget, demonstrating Harrold & Kite’s efficiency in delivering high quality education facilities aligned with long-term campus planning.
