Harrold & Kite were appointed as Construction Managers for the comprehensive restoration and redevelopment of Norfolk House, a distinguished 1893 residence located on one of Adelaide’s most historic and tightly held streets.
This Victorian-era home, rich in architectural character, required a deeply considered construction approach—balancing structural intervention and modern performance upgrades with authentic heritage preservation.
The project scope involved a full-scale refurbishment of the existing four-bedroom, five-bathroom residence, while preserving its period identity, and integrating sophisticated services and finishes expected in a modern high-end residence.
Harrold & Kite worked closely with the client team, architect, consultants, and specialist trades to deliver a seamless blend of historical craftsmanship and contemporary functionality.
