Harrold & Kite undertook extensive renovations to a heritage building, transforming and upgrading the existing office spaces while adding a new main reception and entrance to enhance functionality and presentation.
The scope included internal refurbishments, specialist stonework, and comprehensive salt damp treatment to preserve and protect the building’s historic fabric. All works were carried out with a high level of care to maintain heritage integrity while delivering modern operational upgrades.
The client remained in full operation throughout construction, requiring careful staging, coordination, and communication to minimise disruption.
