Harrold & Kite were engaged to deliver a major refurbishment and renovation at the Park Village facility in Elizabeth Park. Works included comprehensive upgrades to the Administration areas, enhancing operations and improving staff efficiency.
A key component of the project was the replacement of the facility’s fire protection infrastructure to meet current compliance standards and elevate resident safety. Fully enclosed corridor links were also constructed, connecting previously separated wings to improve accessibility and weather protection for residents and staff.
The project involved the full refurbishment of 40 resident bedrooms, including complete ensuite upgrades. Common areas and nurses’ stations were also modernised functionality and comfort. All works were delivered while the facility remained fully occupied, with careful planning and staging ensuring minimal disruption and the highest standards of resident safety throughout.
