The $6.5 Million redevelopment enabled Clayton Church Homes to expand and modernise their site, delivering a purpose-built facility housing upgraded corporate administration and management areas designed for comfort, accessibility and efficiency.
Harrold & Kite also completed a full refurbishment of the existing 52-bed residential aged care facility, including a new single-storey, 9-bed accommodation wing and multiple extensions to enhance resident amenity and care.
A key success was the seamless delivery while the facility remained in full operation. Through careful staging and collaboration with Clayton Church Homes, residents continued to receive uninterrupted care throughout.
