Project: Redevelopment
Architect: Grieve Gillett Architects
Project Value: $14.40 Mill
The Heathfield High School redevelopment was a significant upgrade to the school’s facilities, transforming the campus to better support modern learning environments.
The project centered around the demolition of the existing Administration Building and the construction of a new, state-of-the-art three-storey building featuring a prominent entry canopy, external walkways, and new stair access.
In addition to the main building, two new structures, Buildings 2A and 4A were constructed, along with extensive external works including landscaping and the installation of a new Art Kiln facility. The project also included internal refurbishments to existing Buildings 1A and 1B to align with the updated campus design and functionality.
All works, including new construction and fitout refurbishments, were delivered through a combination of staged and concurrent programming, allowing the school to remain fully operational throughout the construction period with minimal disruption to staff and students.
