Project: Performing Arts Centre
Architect: Brown Falconer
Project Value: $4.20 Mill

Harrold & Kite delivered this new Performing Arts Centre under a Construction Management model, carefully constructed between two fully operational buildings. The live-site conditions required detailed planning, staging and close collaboration to minimise disruption to surrounding facilities throughout the build.

A standout architectural feature of the centre is the use of exposed aggregate precast panel as the external veneer. These provided both a visually striking design element and functional acoustic and thermal performance within the space, ensuring comfort and clarity for performers and audiences alike.

The successful delivery of this complex, high-performance facility within a tight footprint reflects Harrold & Kite’s capability in managing live education and cultural projects, balancing technical design requirements with precision execution.
