Construction of a new environmental dwelling and associated works situated on the south coast of Kangaroo Island with stunning views.
The Beach House has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, plus a sheltered alfresco dining area and outdoor kitchen.
The internal walls are made of rammed earth or Pine and the floors are Cypress Pine throughout.
