Harrold & Kite delivered the redevelopment of Osmoflo’s Head Office, incorporating innovative construction methods to achieve an efficient, high-quality outcome.
The new facility was built on a raft slab, with prefabricated precast concrete panels forming pod-like divisions throughout the structure. These panels were supported by a structural steel network, with prefabricated Delta Core floor panels, manufactured off-site in Western Australia used to form the second-storey slab. This system allowed the panels to be produced concurrently with structural erection and installed on-site in just days, eliminating the need for traditional formwork and in-situ concrete. The efficient use of prefabrication significantly reduced construction time.
Services installation commenced immediately following floor panel placement, accelerating the transition from structural works to internal fitout.
