Harrold & Kite delivered a complex, multi-stage fitout of the Sportsmed Clinic and Hospital while the facility remained fully operational. Delivered in 12 carefully managed stages across two buildings and multiple floors, the works ensured continued consulting with minimal disruption.
The Ground and First Floors of the main facility were demolished and comprehensively refurbished. This included the construction of new treatment and waiting rooms across podiatry, physiotherapy, and orthopedic areas, designed to improve workflow, comfort, and clinical function.
A key feature of the project was the transformation of the hospital’s reception and waiting areas, tailored to better support the patient journey and enhance the facility’s professional image.
Working within an occupied medical environment posed unique scheduling and operational challenges, successfully navigated through strong collaboration, adaptive problem solving, and precise execution.
