Harrold & Kite delivered a carefully staged redevelopment of the Lonsdale Hotel. Incorporating a new outdoor bistro dining area with breezeway, landscaping and associated siteworks. The project also included a full internal fitout and upgrade of the existing bistro, bar, amenities and commercial kitchen to improve flow, functionality and customer experience.
The works were delivered in three key stages: Stage one involved refurbishment of the male and female amenities; Stage two focused on the bistro, kitchen, and further amenities; and Stage three completed the outdoor bistro dining space. This staged delivery approach allowed the hotel to remain fully operational throughout construction, with minimal disruption to staff, patrons, and trading activities.
Close coordination with the hotel management team and flexible scheduling were critical to the project’s success. The result is a revitalised hospitality venue that offers improved service areas, a welcoming new dining experience, and high-quality finishes, demonstrating Harrold & Kite’s expertise in live-site hospitality upgrades.
