Project: Redevelopment of the Historic Winery Site
Architect: DASH
Project Value: $1.80 Mill
Harrold & Kite were engaged to deliver the redevelopment of a historic winery site, including the restoration and adaptive reuse of original stables and adjacent buildings into a new, architecturally designed tasting area.
The project also included new additions such as a boardroom, general offices, amenities and a food preparation area to support expanded hospitality functions.
The existing office was fully renovated, and extensive external works were completed, including site lighting, landscaping and new pavements to enhance visitor access and presentation.
All works were carefully staged to ensure the client’s surrounding sales areas and operational facilities remained fully functional throughout construction.
This project highlights Harrold & Kite’s expertise in heritage sensitive construction and live-site delivery, combining restoration, functionality and refined hospitality outcomes.
