Harrold & Kite delivered a state-of-the-art education and research facility using a hybrid construction method, coordinating both in-situ and modular building techniques to maximise efficiency, quality, and design flexibility.
The facility includes high-end classrooms, observation and demonstration spaces, and integrated studios to support a technology-rich, group learning model. Its layout enables real-time observation and multidisciplinary research, incorporating advanced systems for audiovisual data capture, learning analytics, and outcome tracking.
Coordinating the modular and in-situ elements were critical to achieving seamless integration between components and delivering tight program demands. The result is a flexible, future-focused environment that fosters innovation in teaching and research.
